♱ In the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father,

May you bless and keep _____ this night and every night. May you preserve him in true faith to life everlasting and lead him on the road of righteousness such that he may lead others on that very same road and hear you say the end of it, “Well done, good and faithful servant.” I ask for the intercession of his guardian angel that we may be restored to one another in sound body and sound mind come morning. Make his dreams sweet and his sleep restful for the adventures of tomorrow. Forgive him of his sins and strengthen him against all temptations. May he remember his baptism even as you remember his name.
